Ethical conduct is central to the way we do business. At Tuckwell we guarantee absolute confidentiality and integrity. All Tuckwell recruitment consultants adhere strictly to a closely followed code of ethics.

 

CLIENT

All recruitment consultants employed by the Tuckwell Group agree to:

  • Provide a high level of customer care in all facets of our recruitment process;
  • Ensure the client fully understands our Terms & Conditions of Business and confirm the Fee prior to commencing any recruitment assignment;
  • Treat all client information as confidential;
  • Not present any candidate who has not been reference checked, skills tested and interviewed by a Tuckwell consultant;
  • Not ever attempt to induce a candidate from a company once a recruitment fee has been paid for that candidate.

 

CANDIDATE

All recruitment consultants employed by the Tuckwell Group agree to:

  • Provide a high level of candidate care in all facets of our recruitment process;
  • Treat all candidate information as confidential and not divulge any candidate information to a third party without the candidates approval;
  • Treat all candidates fairly, with courtesy and respect and provide all candidates with objective feedback and constructive counselling;
  • Maintain regular contact with all candidates during the recruitment process and advise unsuccessful candidates as to the outcome of the assignment;
  • Abide by the provisions of legislation regarding equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.
