An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate individual to manage a successful operation within metro Sydney. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the management and development of a successful permanent and temporary recruitment team, P&L and operational management and the development our client base to meet budgeted growth. In conjunction with your management responsibilities you will be required to do minimal recruitment for senior roles.
 
The ideal person will have a proven track record of managing successful teams gained within the recruitment, freight forwarding or supply chain industries. You are a “hands on” manager who thrives on coaching and mentoring staff to exceed expectations. You are a strategic thinker, excellent communicator and proven account manager.
